A fresh take on a traditional formula, this fiery concoction blends traditional sweet chilli flavours with the tang of apple cider vinegar and the sultry heat of bird’s eye chilli peppers. It’s sharp and zesty, with an explosive heat that’s ideally suited to wraps, gyozas or summer rolls.

Driven by a fixation with evocative flavours, we’re always looking for new ways to improve the classics. From the word go, we knew that we wanted our sweet chilli sauce to pack a real punch, but we didn’t know just how flavourful the finished product would be.
After weeks of experimenting with different formulas, we finally stumbled on a recipe that met our exacting standards; combining the rich, sweet tang of a traditional sweet chilli sauce with the full-bodied heat that our hot sauces are known for.
To get there, we had to experiment with all manner of chillies, but the final blend contains a carefully-balanced blend of bird’s eye and bell peppers. You’ll also find apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, salt and a stabiliser in our finished recipe.
But that’s pretty much it. Our commitment to manufacturing real food means that you’ll never find chemical additives or unpleasant nasties lurking in our products.
