Dissatisfied with the humdrum hot sauces on our supermarket shelves, we decided to craft an alternative that’s capable of delivering intensely aromatic flavours – and a full-bodied warmth that lingers on the palette.

Ingredients: Red peppers, scotch bonnet mash, acetic acid, garlic, sugar, apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil , xantham gum.
