To ensure this lime, ginger and jalapeno concoction lived up to its full potential, we spent months perfecting our formula: Titrating a mouthwatering lime and ginger solution with ever-increasing volumes of our fermented jalapeno mash. The end result is a bright and vibrant hot sauce – with a warm kick that lingers on the tongue.
